How your contact-form information is handled

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Contact-form submissions are processed through Squarespace and are sent to the email account used by St. James's Pastoral Unit for receiving website enquiries.

Where an email address is provided through the form, submission details may also be stored within the Squarespace Contacts system.

Email communications received through the website are stored using Google's Gmail service.

We only use these services as necessary to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

How long we keep information

Personal information submitted through the website is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and deal with the enquiry, or where it needs to be retained for appropriate parish administrative or legal purposes.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted when reasonably practicable.
